Malcolm is writer/director/teacher/actor with over 40 years of professional experience.
His awards include The Australian Performing Group’s Playwright’s Prize, for Thank God It’s Not Christmas; The Banjo Patterson One Act Play Competition, for Drive-In Saturday; & The Jessie Litchfield Prize, for his collection of short stories Glimpses.
His theatre-in-education play, One Of The Girls, was published by Heinemann after being performed in Sydney, Adelaide & Darwin & being nominated for an Australian Writers’ Guild award.
Some Days is his first novel, but he has a few others waiting in the wings.
